Some Affirmations to try to boost yourself and help you have the wonderful life you deserve:
- My life is a precious gift. I celebrate each moment. I do things just for fun. I throw costume parties and potluck brunches. I chat with strangers and dive into messy art projects.
- I surround myself with supportive family and friends. I block out time to stay connected with loved ones. I treat family dinners and lunch dates with former coworkers as top priorities. I give myself and others the opportunity to feel cared for and understood.
- I develop healthy habits. I eat a balanced diet and exercise regularly. I sleep well and manage stress. I talk about my feelings instead of bottling them up or denying them.
